Conduct a mechanical assessment, increase the HVAC capacity and rebalance the system. The facility had additions, internal floor plan changes and changes in utilization from storage to office space over the years which have influenced mechanical issues at the ductwork extremities. The aging facility related control systems need to be updated which are currently causing issues for the HVAC and DDC technicians from addressing heating and cooling work orders which regularly exceed 85 degrees in summer months.
