Full Description

SPAWAR Systems Center Charleston intends to enter into a sole source contract with Vista Research, Inc to provide services for the annual training, maintenance and certification for Vista HT-100 automated Pipeline Leak Detection Systems installed and manufactured by Vista Research, Inc. The contractor shall provide the required personnel and equipment to implement the maintenance for the systems and equipment installed at the various sites. The contract will be a cost plus fixed fee (CPFF) type contract consisting of a base and four options. Place of delivery will be to SPAWAR Systems Center Charleston. The IGE for this effort is estimated to be $5,448, 261.00. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 541330. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Any questions relating to this announcement are due by 26 November 2007 no later than 1100.
