Armed Security Guards in support of response/recovery activities in the State of Montana for Crow Tribe in Montana for FEMA. The estimated total base hours are not to exceed 14,150 hours without prior approval from the Contracting Officer. The Contractor shall provide Armed Guard Level II services for a 90-day base term from the date of award (est, from 05/16/2026 to 08/14/24) with three (3) optional 90-day extension periods. This requirement is for contract security guards to provide security services at disaster related sites and facilities in the State of Montana for Crow Tribe. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) uses contracted armed level II security guard services to safeguard federal employees, visitors, and property at both temporary and fixed facilities during disaster and emergency declarations. In accordance with FAR 26.2 and the Robert T. Safford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C.5150), This requirement will be set-aside for private organizations, firms or individuals residing or doing business primarily in the designated area. The Armed Level II Security Guards will be asked to perform services in various locations in the State of Montana in support of the Crow Tribe. The primary locations will be for the counties of Yellowstone, Big Horn and Treasure Counties. Armed Level II security guards at locations which may include the Joint Field Office, Recovery Assistant Centers (RAC), Branch Offices, and any other FEMA location requiring armed guards.
