This requirement is to establish a Contract for Level II Armed Security Protective Officers to provide security services throughout Mississippi Region/State/Counties when a major disaster declaration is issued. The services will primarily be at disaster related sites and facilities within the declared disaster region. The vendor shall have (20 guards available once the Contract is executed. While each Guard Task Order will list the FEMA facilities, other facilities could be open in other areas/counties within the declared state The Armed Protective Security Officers must follow the guard post orders, post assignment(s), access/egress control, security screening, visitor processing, patrol/response, and traffic control.
