License & service maintenance: IBM Rational DOORS Requirements Management Software

The contract is for the procurement of IBM Rational DOORS Requirements Management Software under a Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5) with NAICS code 541519, issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division. The requirement specifies the delivery of 18 floating licenses for the IBM Engineering Requirements Management Doors Family Floating SW, designated by part number E075NLL and Passport Advantage number 3066459, with a period of performance extending from contract award through March 31, 2027.
