This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.


Solicitation number PR20158702, is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Brand Name or Equal Vivid Solutions LPR Monitors and Cameras. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to a responsible and responsive vendor whose quote meets all the requirements stated in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and provides the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) upon evaluation. The evaluation method is LPTA.

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) San Luis Port of Entry (POE) Mission Support has an operational and safety need to procure specialized safety infrastructure, hazardous material enclosures, emergency mitigation solutions, or specialized compliance equipment These components are necessary to meet the expanded physical footprint and increased processing liabilities of the modernized San Luis Port of Entry. The products offered must meet all the specifications/descriptions in the attached SOW and enough detailed specifications must be submitted with the quote for a technical review to be completed without holding discussions.


All interested companies shall provide a firm-fixed-price quote for all equipment listed in the SOW.


Interested vendors who wish to compete for this effort shall provide a quote for all requirements stated in the SOW along with a technical specification sheet for each item that is being quoted. All documents must be in PDF format and must be emailed to the Contract Specialist (CS) Jesus Solis @ jesus.solis@cbp.dhs.gov no later than 08/25/2026, 5 PM Mountain Standard Time. The government reserves the right to accept or reject quotes received after the given deadline.
