This requirement provides background investigative reports compliant with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) regulations and standards for its use in determining employment eligibility, systems access and/or security clearances for ICE employees, applicants, and contractor employees. The current OPM product line of BIs which ICE/OPR/PSU has delegated authority to include Tier 5; Tier 4; Tier 3; Tier 2; and Additional Lead Activity (ADL). By law, periodic reinvestigations are required on employees, between every five (5) and ten (10) years. Each product is contracted for a firm fixed price. ICE currently administers five Blanket Purchase Agreements for Background Investigation Services, with a period of performance of June 25, 2015 through June 24, 2020. As of December 2019, the current Obligated funding is at $112,643,248.30 which exceeds the current estimated celing of $111,101,406.00 by $1,541,842.00 or 1.37%. The period of performance will be extended by one year to accommodate an additional call set for investigations. Prior to Modification: 6/25/15-6/24/20 Post Modification: 6/25/15'6/24/21
