Public Health Command-Europe (PHC-E) and Occupational Health Services at Camp Darby, Livorno, Italy. Non-personal services to provide Health Surveillance Services to all U.S. Army in Europe (USAREUR) Local National (LN) employees in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008 (Testo Unico sulla Salute e Sicurezza sul Lavoro, D.lgs. 9 Aprile 2008, n. 81 e s.m.i.), revision November 2020, as well as Conditions of Employment for Local National Employees of the U.S. Armed Forces in Italy (COE) effective 1 November 2018, to include all future updates and revisions.
