THE SUPERVISOR OF SHIPBUILDING CONVERSION AND REPAIR NEWPORT NEWS VIRGINIA, INTENDS TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER/CONTRACT TO CLARK AIR SYSTEMS; 645 PERSONS STREET, EAST AURORA, NEW YORK FOR INSTALLATION OF LOUVER FRAME FILTERS. WORK IS TO BE ACCOMPLISHED IN YOKOSUKA, JAPAN. THIS PURCHASE WAS AWARDED UNDER SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES AND OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION AS AUTHORIZED UNDER FAR 6.302-1.
