Place of performance: Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan.
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka, Site Sasebo, intends to issue a competitive solicitation restricted to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders located in Japan.
In accordance with DFARS 225.1103(3), this procurement is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan.
