Full Description

Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army, REDCOM, Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army Soldier System Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase order to Livermore Sof tware Technology Corporation, (LSTC) PO Box 712, Livermore, CA 94551-5110. The order will be for LS-DYNA License. LS-DYNA is a proprietary general purpose finite element program capable of simulation fluid structure interaction (FSI) engineering proble ms. The government is currently engaged in an ongoing collaboration research project. Participants in this project use LS-DYNA. Use of any other FSI Software would prohibit dynamic interchange required by the program. As such LSTC is the only responsib le source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement.
