This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60MC-190001 Stream 7 – RHIB Equal to or less than 6 Meters – Aluminum – Non SOLAS –Welding Certification Required. The Royal Canadian Mounted police (RCMP) has a requirement for three(3) Aluminum RHIB 6 meter vessels with engine(s) and three(3) trailers, plus two (2) option vessel and trailers built in accordance with the Technical Statement of Requirement (TSOR).This NPP covers a requirement to be solicited amongst Supply Arrangement holders. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). In order for new suppliers to bid on this solicitation, the new supplier must first qualify for a SA. Canada is not required to delay the award of a resulting contract pending the evaluation of an arrangement and issuance of a SA by the PWGSC Supply Arrangement Authority. There is no security associated with this requirement.
