NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENTM7594-262200– RHIBs and Trailers for RCMP1. This Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) E60MC-190001 and covers a requirement under Stream #3 Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat, Glass Reinforced Plastic, Greater than 9 Meters.2. Only Bidders holding a Supply Arrangement Agreement for the specific stream are allowed access and download a copy of the solicitations documents and are allowed to submit a bid.3. The Contractor is required to provide to Canada, on behalf of Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), three (3) Rubber Inflatable Boats (RHIBs) and three (3) trailers in accordance with the Specification at Annex A.4. Delivery requirements : Delivery of the Rubber Inflatable Boats and trailers is requested by March 31, 2029.5. There are no security requirements associated with this requirement.6. This NPP covers a requirement solicited amongst Supply Arrangement holders. In order for new suppliers to bid on this solicitation, the new supplier must first qualify for a Supply Arrangement. The process to qualify for a SA is detailed in RFSA #E60MC-190001 and can be found on the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS - https://canadabuys.canada.ca/en/tender-opportunities).
