Maintenance and Repair for Commercial Food Equipment

Texas Woman’s University (“TWU”)is seeking competitive responses to a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for Maintenanceand Repair for Commercial Food Equipment.This RFP provides sufficientinformation for interested parties (“Proposers”) to prepare and submitProposals for consideration by TWU. Additional information may be madeavailable by written request to the point of contact indicated provided on theRFP coversheet.The Proposalshould be prepared simply and economically, providing a straightforward,concise description of the Proposer’s ability to meet the requirements of thisRFP. Emphasis should be on completeness, clarity of content, responsiveness tothe requirements, and an understanding of TWU’s needs.By submitting a Proposal, the Proposer certifiesthat it understands this RFP and has full knowledge of the scope, nature, quality, and quantity ofthe work to be performed, the detailed requirements of the Services to beprovided, and the conditions under which the Services are to be performed. TheProposer also understands that all costs relating to preparing and respondingto this RFP will be the sole responsibility of the Proposer. If selected byTWU, the Proposer will notify TWU immediately of any material change in anymatters with regard to which the Proposer has made a statement orrepresentation or provided information.Proposers are cautionedto read the information contained in this Requestfor Proposal (RFP) carefully and tosubmit a complete response to all requirements and questions as directed.
