The Florida Department of Revenue (FDOR) intends to enter into a Single Source Contract with OPEX Corporation for the maintenance of OPEX Corporation equipment. This decision follows an unsuccessful solicitation process conducted from May 12, 2026, to June 3, 2026, through the Department of Management Services (DMS) Vendor Bid System, during which no other vendors submitted responses. As a result, FDOR is moving forward with awarding the contract solely to OPEX Corporation. The official notice of this intended decision was posted on June 4, 2026, and remains open for a 72-hour period (excluding weekends and holidays) until June 9, 2026, for any protests in accordance with Florida Statutes Chapter 120.057(3). Failure to file a protest or provide necessary security within this timeframe will mean waiving further proceedings related to this decision. The contract focuses on maintenance services within the state of Florida, and inquiries can be directed to Tanisha Miller at the FDOR. The solicitation number associated with this contract is SS 25/26-107AD.
