The County of Yolo is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive electrical services. These services include routine maintenance every other month, annual maintenance troubleshooting and repair of traffic signals, flashing beacons, and radar feedback signs, as well as installation of new flashing beacons and radar feedback signs onto County-installed posts as outlined in the Scope of Work of this RFP. Any new radar feedback signs and/or flashing beacons would be added to the maintenance list at the recommendation of Yolo County engineers for safety purposes during the duration of the contract. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a reliable service provider to ensure the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of the County’s electrical system and solar‑powered traffic sign infrastructures. The County anticipates an annual budget of $40,000 per year for all work performed under the Scope of Work, including emergency callouts. Proposers who submit a response to this RFP must demonstrate the ability to meet all requirements, including the terms and conditions contained in this solicitation. This posting reflects the second revised solicitation for these services.
