Marguerite Aquatics, Tennis And Recreation Center Surface Parking Lot Expansion

Bid #CIP 26341: The project involves the expansion of the Marguerite Aquatics, Tennis and Recreation Center's surface parking lot. The work includes construction fencing, clearing, grubbing, fine grading, soil preparation, play area construction, rubberized surfacing, irrigation, landscape, hardscape, and electrical modifications, along with all appurtenant related work. Specific improvements include site mobilization, site clearing and grading, drainage improvements, installation of hardscape, construction of a play area, site furniture, and security lighting. The project will create two additional parking areas (Parking Lots A and B) by placing up to 20 feet of fill on existing slopes. Remedial grading will remove unsuitable surficial soils, followed by placement of engineered fill. The project also includes the construction of a 4-foot-wide concrete sidewalk along Via Santa Clara with an associated retaining wall. Storm water management systems, retaining walls, and light poles are also part of the scope.
