The NAVSEA Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, is conducting an information survey to gather data on commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and modified militarized COTS tactical maritime mobility platforms capable of operating from military host platforms in littoral and riverine environments. This survey also seeks insights on future tactical mobility systems and emerging technologies that could enhance maritime operational capabilities, including those requiring research and development. The primary goal is to identify innovative solutions that can perform key functions such as inserting and extracting personnel and equipment, intercepting underway maritime vessels, delivering teams to stationary platforms, target detection and monitoring, command and control integration, and interoperability with military air, surface, and subsurface platforms, all while operating effectively in diverse environmental conditions with reduced detectability. Respondents are requested to provide detailed information about their platforms including operational concepts, physical and performance characteristics (speed, range, payload, size, weight, propulsion), and overall cost estimates including any R&D or nonrecurring expenses. Respondents should also express their willingness to provide further information if needed. The solicitation notes that responding to this survey is not a prerequisite for participation in future programs, and data submitted will not qualify offerors for future solicitations. Responses must be concise, limited to five pages, and submitted within 15 days to the specified email, with an emphasis on avoiding disclosure of proprietary or sensitive information. No reimbursement for submission costs will be provided, and no subsequent formal requests for proposals will be issued based on this announcement.
