Marketing Agency of Record

Invest Nova Scotia is seeking to engage a Marketing Agency of Record (AoR) to deliver an integrated suite of marketing services, including strategic planning, brand and jurisdictional marketing, creative development, media planning and buying, and digital marketing with an emphasis on lead generation. The successful proponent will act as a strategic partner in delivering evidence-based, high-impact campaigns that support Invest Nova Scotia’s business objectives and priority audiences. In accordance with the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and other applicable trade agreements, this RFP is open to proponents from any geographic location. However, the successful proponent must demonstrate a deep understanding of Invest Nova Scotia’s mandate, our partners and other key parties, the province’s competitive advantages, and the broader economic development environment in which we operate. While our intent is to source a single AoR through this RFP, proponents should note that they may not be the exclusive provider of all required services during the contract term. The anticipated budget is approximately $60,000 per month for account management, core agency services, and media spend with the potential for additional expenditure. The initial contract term will be for a period of one (1) year, with options to extend for two (2) additional one (1)-year renewal terms.
