NSWCPD executed a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), type contract to Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (Lockheed Martin). This requirement was a sole source procurement that was awarded without providing full and open competition. The period of performance for this acquisition is anticipated to be one (1) base year and four (4) one year options under a CPFF/IDIQ. The intent is to issue task orders under this IDIQ contract.
