Phase Two consists of a strategic exercise, an in-person presentation, and a pricing proposal including a staffing rate card for key personnel. Contractual terms will be governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada, with dispute resolution involving senior management intervention and binding arbitration in Vancouver. The agency must maintain general commercial liability insurance naming Destination Canada as an additional insured and provide monthly invoicing in Canadian dollars based on the OANDA rate plus 1%.
