Media Services for Independence Event

The U.S. Embassy Nassau in The Bahamas is soliciting comprehensive media services for its annual Independence Day event scheduled for June 26, 2026, under solicitation number PR16005234. The contract requires end-to-end media production including professional photography, videography, live streaming across Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram, real-time social media posting, and dynamic live photo displays at the event venue. Offerors must provide a dedicated ambassador photographer, multiple personnel for full coverage, technical staff for livestreaming, social media specialists, and photo editors to meet strict deliverable timelines: a pre-event social media strategy due by June 19, 2026; high-resolution edited photos and a 60–90-second recap video by June 27; and a 2–3 minute commemorative video by July 3, 2026. Performance is entirely onsite at the embassy grounds in Nassau, with contractors responsible for all equipment, backup systems, and compliance with local Bahamian operational and licensing requirements. The contract does not employ any set-aside provisions, nor does it require UEI, CAGE, or socioeconomic certifications, and no formal FAR clauses, packaging standards, or payment instructions beyond EFT within 30 days of invoice approval are specified.
