The solicitation emphasizes the need for a vendor skilled in Crestron technologies to enhance functionality and user experience in designated meeting rooms, although detailed technical specifications or delivery schedules are not provided. Bidders must electronically submit their proposals via the City’s Bid Management System by March 3, 2026, and only submissions successfully transmitted with a timestamp and confirmation number will be accepted. The City places full responsibility on bidders for timely and proper electronic submission, with no exceptions for late or incomplete bids. A 10% bid bond is required, and all bids must include a signed Noncollusion Declaration certifying the authenticity of the proposal and absence of collusion. The contract administration is managed by the City’s Purchasing Department in Ontario, California, which also serves as the contact point for operational inquiries.
