Mendenhall Flood Dewatering Pumps and Associated Equipment

Solicitation W911KBPA007 is a firm-fixed price, sole source lease agreement between the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Alaska District, and Xylem Dewatering Solutions, Inc. (DBA Godwin Pumps of America). The contract provides 19 additional diesel-powered dewatering pumps, consisting of 16 Dri-Prime CD150S and 3 Fri-Prime CD225M models, to support flood risk mitigation for the 2026 Mendenhall Glacial Lake Outburst Flood event in Juneau, Alaska. Each pump is supplied with a GP3052 highway trailer, a 100-gallon fuel tank, and a Godwin PrimeGuard manual. The acquisition is authorized under Public Law 84-99 and 33 U.S.C.
