This is a pre-solicitation notice for the procurement of one new, non-refurbished metal 3D printer system to be delivered to the DLA Product Test Center in Columbus, Ohio. The system must utilize laser powder bed fusion technology with a minimum build volume of 150×150×250 mm and a 500W laser, operate offline without cloud or internet dependencies, and feature a cartridge-based powder handling system with ultrasonic inert sieving to eliminate the need for specialized air filtration. The contractor is responsible for delivery, on-site installation, start-up, diagnostics, and verification of performance within 120 days of contract award, with all shipping costs included. The requirement also includes a minimum one-year OEM warranty, a three-year preventative maintenance and calibration contract covering consumables, and at least three days of on-site training for up to four personnel from the DLA Product Test Center.
