The unit must meet a 5000 PSI pressure rating and undergo complete hydrostatic testing using clean potable water with zero leakage allowance. Surface preparation requires white metal blast cleaning per SSPC SP5, NACE No. 1, and SA3 standards, followed by primer and final paint coating. The vendor must supply two lugs for the shell, at least one lug each for the channel, cover, and bonnet, and a minimum of two support legs. A stainless steel nameplate must be affixed, and all openings must be protected with covers to prevent debris ingress. One complete set of spare gaskets in each size must be included. Delivery is FOB Destination in Hampton, Virginia, with a maximum lead time of 18 weeks from contract award, encompassing design, government review, fabrication, and shipping.
