Microchip – SyncServer ( or equivalent)

Shared Services Canada has issued solicitation BPM022944 for the procurement of Microchip SyncServer S600 units or an equivalent alternative. The requirement specifically calls for five servers, including five years of software maintenance and three years of extended hardware warranties. A key technical requirement is that hardware replacements must be delivered by the Original Equipment Manufacturer on a next-business-day basis. Deliveries are to be coordinated through Wills Transfer Ltd in Ottawa, with the place of performance designated as Ontario outside the National Capital Region. Bids must be submitted electronically to the Contracting Authority by the deadline of January 21, 2025. To be considered responsive, submissions must comply with all mandatory and evaluation criteria and include pricing as outlined in the List of Deliverables.
