AI Contract Overview
The FAA is conducting a market survey to gather information on potential contractors for the demolition of an existing Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant (IWTP) and the construction of a new single-story Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) approximately 4,900 gross square feet located north of the current facility. The project also includes replacing Lift Stations #1, 3, and 4 with double-walled fiberglass wet wells for secondary containment, demolishing and backfilling Lift Stations #2 and #5, removing the existing concrete containment trench for force mains, and installing new 4-inch inner diameter by 6-inch outer diameter double-walled CPVC piping via direct bury. The estimated project value is between $10 million and $20 million, and all work must be completed after the new facility is operational and wastewater flow has been redirected. This is strictly a market survey, not a solicitation for proposals, and the FAA will not compensate respondents for any costs incurred in preparing submissions. Respondents must provide a capability statement detailing their type of services, past experience with similar government or private sector projects, years in business, small business status including socio-economic designation, and current SAM.gov registration with UEI. Additionally, respondents should include brief descriptions of similar past projects including the agency, dollar amount, and scope of work. All submissions must be sent via email to andre.casiano@faa.gov no later than June 22, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. CT. The project is located at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and is classified under NAICS code 237110. Participation is voluntary and at the vendor’s own expense, with no obligation on the part of the FAA to award a contract based on responses received.
