Military Sealift Command Vertical Replenishment (VERTREP) NAVCENT Detachment A

The Military Sealift Command (MSC) is seeking contractor support to provide a two-helicopter Vertical Replenishment (VERTREP) Detachment (DET) under a firm-fixed-price, C-type contract primarily supporting continuous theater operations within the NAVCENT area of responsibility, with an anticipated delivery location in Bahrain. The contract requires the contractor to furnish and maintain two like Type Model Series (TMS) helicopters, an optional unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) capability, qualified personnel including five pilots and three maintainers, and all non-government furnished equipment and supplies necessary to conduct 24/7 ship-based and shore-based VERTREP missions. The detachment will primarily operate from Combat Logistics Force (CLF) T-AKE class vessels and fulfill mission requirements for the SEVENTH and FIFTH Fleets, with operations expected to be worldwide and forward deployed for extended sea periods.
