The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division (NWD), Portland District intends to issue a commercial supply with installation solicitation, W9127N26QA147, for the purchase and installation of nine (9) mini split units with associated heat pump(s) at the Cole M. Rivers Hatchery located in Trail, Oregon. The Contractor will be responsible for removal and disposal of current non-functioning compressor and floor mounted unit, installation of nine (9) mini splits with heat pump compatible and supportive of all mini splits. The annotated blueprint includes square footage information and suggested placement locations. All supplies and work will be in accordance with the terms of the contract and comply with all local, state and federal regulations.
