The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – West (MRCO-W), Fort Hood Health Contracting Branch, Fort Hood, Texas intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, sole source contract to State of Missouri, Department of Health, and Senior Services, under authority RFO Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.102(a) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization for newborn laboratory screening tests, mandated by statute for the State of Missouri at General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital (GLWACH), Fort Leonard Wood, MO, 65473. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes.
