Modification and variance for an existing T-Mobile Telecommunications Facility, County File #CDLP23-02030

This project involves a land use permit modification and variance request for an existing T-Mobile telecommunications facility located at 4723 Suzanne Drive in the unincorporated Pittsburg area of Contra Costa County. The applicant is seeking approval for modification file #CDLP25-02008 to expand the lease area by approximately 74 square feet and obtain a variance for a 9-foot side yard, which deviates from the standard 50-foot minimum requirement per County code section 88-24.406(d). The project is administered by the Contra Costa County Department of Conservation and Development and has been granted a California Environmental Quality Act Notice of Exemption based on guidelines for existing facilities and small utility structures.
