Scope: CapMetro requests proposals to install new monument signs and metal signs that match the current logo in Goodnight Ranch and Expo Center Park & Rides. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation, permits, and incidental items necessary to perform and complete the work described in this Scope of Work and Attachments 1 through 5 (the Attachments). At a minimum, the Contractor shall: (a) Fabricate Lexan panels, or approved equal, metal signs, sign boxes, and related signage components as required by this Scope of Work, and the Attachments. (b) Furnish and perform all labor and services necessary for the installation of the signage covered by this Scope of Work. (c) Provide all mounting hardware, anchor bolts, poles, pole bases, and associated appurtenances necessary for a complete and functional installation. (d) Furnish and install breakaway poles in accordance with current TxDOT, City of Austin, and other applicable jurisdictional requirements, together with any additional requirements set forth in Attachment 5. (e) Coordinate the work with CapMetro and all applicable governmental authorities, utilities, and permitting agencies as necessary for proper execution and completion of the work. (f) Verify field conditions and dimensions prior to fabrication and installation. (g) Perform the work in a manner that minimizes disruption to ongoing operations at the project sites.
