An Appendix under NextSTEP-3 for Moon to Mars Architectural Studies that will be managed under the Strategic and Architcture Office (SAO). This Appendix will allow for defined study calls that will be defined by the Mars Architecture Team, Lunar Architecture Team and Preformulation Project Teams within the SAO office and allow for open study calls that allow vendors to proposed studies. These calls will be used to refine requirements and elements within Moon to Mars Architecture. This BAA vehicle will support awards for concept development and possible risk reduction and prototyping.
