1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is being issued using simplified acquisition procedures. 
2. The 496th Air Base Squadron is seeking to procure a Landing Zone Operational Kit (see attached Salient Characteristics document for detailed equipment breakdown). Please see attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document for further details. 


3. This purchase includes several Brand-Name requirements. Please see the Brand-Name justifications. 
4. Shipping and Delivery will be physically to Morón Air Base, Spain. 


5. Please send any questions to the emails provided for information regarding this solicitation no later than 2:00 P.M. CET; 8:00 A.M. CET on 03 September 2026.
