OCC has a need for Investment analysis Workstation tool. The Morning Star Advisor Workstation is a robust web-based platform that always provides the latest Morningstar independent stock market investment fund research data. The service is being sole sourced to Morningstar because they offer real-time data information; while other companies don't have, nor offer this vital capability. Potential competitors purchase their data from Morning Star to design their product. This need is unique and exclusive to Morningstar and only Morningstar can fulfill this requirement. Period of Performance: January 27, 2021 through January 26, 2021. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received in writing by January 19, 2020 17:00 pm EST, will be considered by the Government. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
