This specials notice is to acknowledge that Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a Sole Source contract to Intervid, Inc., 4650 WEDGEWOOD BLVD STE 102, Frederick, MD 2703-9559. Intervid, Inc. is the only company that is authorized to access control and alarm system to increase responsiveness in supporting the facilities indicated towards enhancing current levels of security effectiveness for the following locations: Intervid has the existing award for server maintenance to include relocating the monitoring systems and all related equipment from building 218, to building 168, at various facilities. Intervid has the existing award will disable the existing equipment in building 218. The period of performance is July 15, 2013. DESCRIPTION PART NO and QUANTITY Item No Quantity Unit Description CLIN 0001 1 EA 1 Day Project Price Mover Server equipment from Building 218 to Building 168 CLIN 0002 1 EA Optional 2nd Day Project Price Mover Server equipment from Building 218 to Building 168 THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. Interested parties have two (2) Calendar Day or until June 14, 2013 at 10:00AM EST to respond. Responses should be submitted in writing, to the identified point of contact, with clear and convincing evidence of their capability to provide the required service. Such qualifications and/or capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Responses received after June 14, 2013 at 10:00AM EST, or without the required information, will be considered non-responsive to this sole source notice and will not be considered. A determination by the Government not to conduct this effort as a full-and-open competitive procurement, based upon responses to this notice, this is solely within the Government's discretion. All inquiries must be submitted in writing to Yvonne Bynum, Contract Specialist. Responses to this notice must be received by 11:00AM EST June 14, 2013. Responses must include your business name, point of contact, address, and telephone number with area code. Telephone requests or inquiries will not be accepted. Requests may be emailed to contact@example.gov. If no responses are received, an award will be made to Intervid, Inc.
