***7/31/2024, Addendum #1*** The purpose of this addendum is to answer questions.
Q1. Projector – Must the projector be 8’ x 10’? A1. We bring our own projectors.
Q2. Are stage or risers needed? A2. We do not need risers or a stage, only a podium or head table for the instructor.
Q3. General Session – the specs say the General Session room cannot be used for meals. Breakfast – if it’s continental breakfast, would you consider the breakfast in the meeting area if we can get a separate space for lunch? A3. We need the food either in another room or in an area near the meeting space, but not in the meeting space. This is a training and exam event, so having the food setup in the same room would be too distracting.
Q4. Is there a presentation during lunch time? A4. No
Q5. Is there a need for a breakout room? There are no requests for breakout room on the meeting specs, but there is an area on the price schedule for breakout room items. A5. In the sample contract this is listed as General Session part 2/exam. This is what is referred to in the price schedule.
Q6. On the pricing schedule, there wasn’t a request for sound equipment or mixers. A sound system will be required to have a microphone in the room, and for people to hear the speakers. A6. We will need speakers for the microphone, so yes, we need a sound system.
