Upper Nazareth Township, Northampton County, will receive sealed bids for the MS4/PRP DETENTION BASINS REHABILITATION PROJECT, SYCAMORE PARK, TWEKSBERY BASIN. Bids will be received via PennBid until Wednesday, May 8th, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. All documents are available at no cost at PennBid (http://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). A voluntary pre-bid meeting will be held Thursday, April 18th at 2:00 P.M. at the township building, to be followed by visits to both sites. The project for which Bids are being solicited is subject to the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Each Bid must be accompanied by bid security payable to Upper Nazareth Township, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price in the form of a Certified Check, Bank Check, or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Article 6 of the General Conditions. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to accept any Bid which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Owner.
