See "Description of Work" for additional details TENTATIVE COMPLETION DATE: July 2015 ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: under $500,000 IMPORTANT NOTICE - There is a new bidding process for this project. Bidders will be quoting how many miles of work can completed for $469,081.00. The Government will set the order in which the work must be performed. The successful Bidder will be based on the largest amount of work quoted. In the case of a tie, the successful Bidder will be determined by a drawing by lot limited to those Bidders. This solicitation is offered for FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION on an unrestricted basis. This paragraph announces possible financing available to small businesses.
