Full Description

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No., EPIMS-INY- 67182-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Southern California Edison. The Project is limited to the removal and replacement of 26 wooden utility poles, installation of cardboard Sonotubes or corrugated steel caissons at each pole, replacement of two anchors, and installation of three new anchors. Equipment to be used includes helicopter, support vehicles, a crane, an excavator, machine and handheld augers, backhoe, portable hand pump, and hand tools. Project activities described above are anticipated to temporarily impact 0.333- acre, and permanently impact 0.003-acre, of resources subject to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
