Multi TD Virginia Lakes Road and Utility Road Grid Resiliency Project (Notification of Streambed Alteration, No., EPIMS-MOO-60907-R6)

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has entered into Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS-MOO-60907-R6 with Southern California Edison for the Multi TD Virginia Lakes Road and Utility Road Grid Resiliency Project. This agreement, executed under Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code, authorizes specific infrastructure improvements including vegetation trimming, the replacement of 13 wooden utility poles, the installation of 13 tubular foundation caissons, and the replacement of one plate anchor. To complete these tasks, the project will utilize helicopters, utility trucks, pole jacks, and hand tools. The scope of work is expected to result in a temporary impact on 0.095 acres and a permanent impact on 0.002 acres of resources protected under the Fish and Game Code. The project is managed through the California Fish and Wildlife Region 6 office in Ontario.
