Multibody Advanced Real‑Time Environment for Modeling, Integration, and Simulation (ARTEMIS) Vehicle Loads & Dynamics and Simulations (MARVELS)

The Multibody Advanced Real-Time Environment for Modeling, Integration, and Simulation Vehicle Loads and Dynamics and Simulations contract, managed by the Marshall Space Flight Center, provides mission-essential support for the Artemis program. The scope includes comprehensive support for the Managed Automation Environment for Simulation, Test, and Real-Time Operations and integrated ground and vehicle Coupled Loads Analysis for the Space Launch System, Human Landing System, and other associated missions. These efforts are critical for establishing vehicle load limits and conducting high-fidelity, real-time simulations of subsystems and avionics within Integrated Avionics Test Facilities to ensure flight rationale and crew safety. This initiative focuses on performance verification and overall flight readiness through advanced modeling and simulation to validate structural integrity and vehicle performance. The contract supports the full range of coupled loads analyses necessary for the SLS and select HLS elements, including essential day-of-launch status checks.
