Multicultural Program Coordinator

This is a non-personal service contract for a Multicultural Program Coordinator to support U.S. Air Force newcomer orientation programs at Spangdahlem Air Base in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. The contract spans one base year with four optional years and is structured as a part-time requirement with a fixed annual level of effort of 288 hours, which includes all instructional, preparatory, travel, and coordination activities tied to the delivery of multicultural services. The contractor must provide introductory German language and culture classes, conduct 12 eight-hour cultural tours to Trier, deliver 24 four-hour German cooking classes using the Military & Family Readiness Center kitchen, and lead 12 two-hour grocery store tours to help newcomers understand local shopping practices. Additionally, up to 24 hours per year are allocated for monthly planning meetings. The total annual hours are broken down into 96 for Trier tours, 96 for cooking classes, 24 for grocery tours, 24 for meetings, and 48 for preparation and administrative tasks.
