The Department of Veterans Affairs- VA Puget Sound Health Care System intends to negotiate sole source with Building Control Systems Incorporated for the purchase and replacement of a Andover Continuum Card Access System for the Bremerton Outpatient Clinic 925 Adele Avenue; Bremerton, WA 98312. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Contractor shall provide all parts, components, labor, materials, programming, commissioning and checkout to install an Andover Continuum Card Access System to support the addition of one (1) card reader door and control the main entry door via a schedule. This is not a request for competitive quotes. Any firm that believes it can meet this requirement shall submit written notification to the Contracting Officer within five (5) calendar days from the date of posting this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in complete detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement.
