This sources sought announcement is being published FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY, Pursuant to FAR 15.201€ Exchanges with Industry. No solicitation is available at this time. In accordance with FAR 15.203(3), responses to this notice are NOT and CANNOT be accepted by the government to form a binding contract.


The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is looking to identify sources capable of supporting a Firm Fixed Price contract for Rental LPAC Packages. The government is specifically seeking vendors who are able to support this over SAT requirement while complying with FAR 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting Rule.


This sources sought notice is a market research tool being utilized to identify potential and eligible firms capable of providing the required LPAC rental packages while remaining in compliance with FAR 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting Rule. As such all interested parties are encouraged to respond. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining if small business vendors are able to support while in full compliance of FAR 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting.
