The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Code 0223 intends to negotiate and award a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to L3 Technologies, Inc. (L3) (CAGE: 39SX2) for the procurement of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) hardware components for Ship Control Systems and Navigation Control Systems. This is a follow-on procurement for this requirement. The Government intends to make an award in the 4th quarter of fiscal year 2026. THIS SOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Award will be made to L3 in accordance with the following statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition: 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
