This contract is for non-personal laundry and dry cleaning services to support the 52nd Force Support Squadron’s Eifel Arms Inn at Spangdahlem Air Base in Germany, under a Firm-Fixed-Price structure with a base year and four one-year option periods. Performance will run from August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2031, with scheduled pickups and deliveries on specific days at designated facilities including Club Eifel, Lodging Building 38, and TLF Buildings 520 and 409, operating Monday through Friday during limited hours and excluding recognized German and certain American holidays. The contract demands a 24-hour turnaround time and 98% accuracy in item return, with the contractor responsible for supplying all equipment, personnel, materials, and performing non-reimbursable repairs.
