National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Headquarters is seeking capability statements from all interested parties, including Small, Small Disadvantaged (SDB), 8(a), Woman-owned (WOSB), Veteran Owned (VOSB), Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SD-VOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) businesses, and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU)/Minority Institutions (MI) for the purposes of determining the appropriate level of competition and/or small business subcontracting goals for NASA Headquarters Operational Support Services (see attached Description of Services). The Government reserves the right to consider a Small, 8(a), Woman-owned (WOSB), Service Disabled Veteran (SD-VOSB), or HUBZone business set-aside based on responses hereto. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 561210 and $38.5 million, respectively. Respondents to this request for information shall provide a one-page summary with their capability statement. The summary shall include the following information: 1. Business Information a. Company name and address b. DUNS Number c. Socio-economic classification of company (i.e., small business, 8(a), woman owned, service disabled veteran owned, HUBZone, large business, etc.) d. Size (gross revenue, number of employees in company) e. Number of years in existence f.
