Amendment 003 - The purpose of this Amendment is to change the quantity from 37 to 38, add an additional delivery location and to adjust the maximum quantity for the Option Line Item from 18 to 19.  See the SF30 for Amendment 003 and Attachment 01 - RFQ47QMCA26Q0064_SF18-95a Rev1 for the changes. Please remember to acknowledge all amendments if a quote is submitted.


Amendment 002  - The purpose of this Amendment is to clarify the requirements for attachment 7, entitled, “Attachment 7 - Letter of Supply.”  Vendors are required to provide digital signatures from the company submitting the quote and from the company manufacturing the trailer.  See attached SF30 for details.  Please remember to acknowledge all amendments if a quote is submitted.
